Our schedule contains more than regular CrossFit classes. That is intentional. Different class formats combine general fitness with extra focus on technique, strength, conditioning and specific skills.

CrossFit as the foundation

Regular CrossFit classes are the foundation. We combine functional movements from weightlifting, gymnastics and metabolic conditioning in varied formats.

Programming is broad: one day may emphasize a lift, the next a short intense combination, and another a longer conditioning stimulus.

Specialist sessions complement the base

Olympic Weightlifting gives extra time to the snatch and clean & jerk. Run Club focuses more specifically on running technique, intervals and endurance. Open Gym gives experienced members time to work independently.

Bootcamp, Teens and Theme Classes offer a different angle while supporting the same larger goal: becoming stronger, fitter and more capable.

Why this beats doing the same thing every day

CrossFit programming aims for broad general physical preparedness, which requires exposure to different movements, durations and loads. A varied schedule makes this practical.

You do not need to attend every format. The best schedule fits your goals, recovery and available time. A coach can help you choose.
